Cycle through Rio de Janeiro's most beautiful landscapes and experience an unforgettable sunset with the Carioca Sunset Bike Tour + Coconut Water 🥥!
In this approximately 4-hour experience, you will explore the energy of Rio's South Zone in a light, fun, and sustainable way — on two wheels with the sea as your backdrop.
The journey begins in front of the iconic Copacabana Palace, following the shorelines of Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon to the Jardim de Alah Canal, a transition point to a new view: the stunning Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon.
Along the way, the tour includes special stops for photos and contemplation, with views of Christ the Redeemer, Dois Irmãos Hill, and the Tijuca Forest. Highlights include Cais da Lagoa, Pedalinho da Lagoa, and the Curupira Statue, in front of the Vasco Rowing Club.
After completing the lagoon loop, we continue along the bike path to Mirante do Leblon, where you can relax and savor a delicious, chilled coconut water, admiring the sea view.
The tour ends in grand style: we continue along the Leblon and Ipanema bike path to Arpoador, to watch Rio de Janeiro's most famous sunset.
(For safety reasons, climbing Arpoador Rock is not allowed during the tour.)
After the sunset spectacle, we cycle back to the Copacabana Palace, where the jeep will be waiting to collect the bicycles and equipment.
